About Us

Medical Chi Kung assists in the healing of others and is a path of service that is part of the Parayana Buddhist system.

All of our practitioners have been trained and certified by Shi Yao Hai, a Buddhist disciple with over thirty years training and a Shang Fa (Master Teacher) of the Parayana order. As part of our commitment to quality, any practitioner that works at the Victoria Healing Centre must be certified to practice Medical Chi-Kung.

She enjoys the versatility and comprehensiveness of this system, and how it gently and painlessly urges the body towards balance. Her background in Buddhist studies and practices provides her with a very solid framework from which to support individual’s on their path of growth and healing.

Testimonials

I am a sixty year old male and have been a client of Stephanie’s for one year. Her skill and expertise in relieving a chronic hip and back problem through bi-weekly session treatments has been without equal; especially when used in conjunction with hot stone therapy; a treatment which must be experienced to be appreciated. Stephanie’s use of Chi healing technique to re-align and aid the flow of the body’s natural energy succeeded in speeding my recovery following two knee surgeries fourteen days apart and, more recently, surgery on my calf which removed a portion of muscle. Stephanie is continually striving to learn additional skills so as to provide improved health for her clients. Acupressure is just one of these acquired skills which has aided in my digestion and I am convinced, has also lowered my blood pressure. I would highly recommend Stephanie as your Medical Chi-Kung practitioner without hesitation. Not only is she extremely skilled and knowledgeable in helping others, she is also a very personable young woman with a sense of humour and one who loves her work. These qualities are rare to say the least. I consider myself a very fortunate individual. I have no doubt you will as well.   (BP, May 2010)
